Exchanges & Refunds
Once your order has been confirmed, no exchange of products or cancellation of order will be allowed.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Should there be a defective product or incorrect item in your package, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Do include your order number and photos/videos of the said item.
KURAHOME will cover the shipping fees for the return of defective or incorrect items only, and reserves the right to replace defective or damaged items at its sole discretion.
You can choose between the option of having a replacement sent to you, or a refund. For the latter, the value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same payment method.
LATE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If 7 days have gone past since you have received your package, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
